Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Execute tests for gasoline, diesel, fuel cell components and Electrification components
- Troubleshoot test equipment, including mechanical & electrical systems
- Electrical schematic interpretation
- Wire harness creation and modification
- Support 3d printing and modeling shop
- Proactively seek out new challenges, opportunities, and implement process improvements.
- Work well in teams, take direction from others, and contribute ideas/solutions
- Usage of MS products (Outlook, excel, word)
Technology Domains:
- Diesel components & systems
- Gasoline components & systems, including hydrogen injection equipment
- Sensors & Batteries
- Fuel pump module, airflow management & connectors
- Thermal systems components
- 3D Printing
- Fuel Cell components & systems
- Electrified Motion products (eMotors, inverters, converters, etc.)
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Associate degree or completion of applicable vocational/ technical training highly desired.
- Four years of experience in automotive field, including experience in the research & development domains
- Strong mechanical and electrical skill set.
- Any experience or training with mills, lathes high preferred.
- Good communication, responsible and accurate
- Knowledge in computer data processing (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Positive attitude and always seek improvement opportunities
