PennEngineering is seeking a motivated, excited, individual to be a part of PROFIL Waterford TEAM. As the Maintenance Technician, Off Shift, at PennEngineering, you'll collaborate with teams that do truly amazing things.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- As a team member or independently, as required, diagnose, and repair all mechanical and electrical machinery problems related to the production equipment.
- Demonstrates proficiencies in pneumatics, hydraulics, PLC, electrical controls, AC/DC drive motors, machine component clearances/fits and an overall understanding of machine operation and function
- Completes preventative machine maintenance as assigned, troubleshooting issues or concerns with the production equipment.
- Ability to work with machinery drawings and specifications, electrical schematics, machine manuals, or other forms of assembled data as related to the production environment.
- Fabricates needed components, as needed, to complete repairs.
- Maintains accurate records of equipment repair
- Ability to use and navigate the CMMS system for maintenance items
- Perform basic building maintenance and repairs to include painting, drywall, tile, plumbing, basic electrical, replacing light bulbs, ceiling tiles and basic troubleshooting.
- Keep manager advised of any on-going problems not being resolved satisfactorily or that prevents the fulfillment of responsibilities
- Ability to work with limited supervision and be held accountable or answerable for one's conduct while maintaining a professional attitude
- Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
- Effectively organize and prioritize tasks and schedules
- Work with maintenance on P.M. both alone and in groups
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Education and Experience Required:
- High School Degree
- Demonstrates strong communication skills
- Problem solving skills

Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds
- Able to stand on your feet 8 – 10 hours a day

- Perform the necessary safety requirements to avoid injury to self and fellow employees

Cooperation:
- Professionally communicates / collaborates with all team members and machine set up operators to improve the overall operation of the manufacturing areas
- Follows guidance and directives, verbal and/or written, provided by the Manufacturing Manager and other Managers in the Company
- Performs daily responsibilities in coordination with company and departmental work instructions
- Provides positive approach to problem solving to minimize machine downtime and prevent reoccurrence

- Un-airconditioned, well-ventilated manufacturing facility

- Off Shift
- Regularly scheduled to work 8 – 10 hours a day
- Must be able to work Monday - Saturday
