Daily Tasks:
- Receive and dispatch drivers
- Perform various SAP functions and utilize MS Office and other systems
- Provide general clerical support to department
- Perform varied administrative/clerical duties in accordance with standard procedures including compiling and arranging data, marking standard computations, processing and coding documents, maintaining records and files
- Perform a variety of functions involved with shipping
- Occasionally may be back-up for Forklift Drivers (will be Forklift Certified) and should have 1 year of Forklift experience
- Must be able to work Second Shift
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment
- Minimum1 year of experience working with computers/data entry
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Experience with the administration of shipping execution
- Microsoft Office (ie. Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
- SAP Logistics execution experience
- Experience with transportation company driver interaction
