Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Receiving Department Team Lead to oversee our receiving operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delegating daily tasks, ensuring efficient process flow, and maintaining high standards of performance within the team. This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills to address challenges as they arise and to foster a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the receiving team, delegating daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
• Monitor and optimize process flow to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy in receiving shipments.
• Identify and resolve issues related to receiving processes, inventory discrepancies, and equipment malfunctions.
• Provide training and support to team members, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
• Maintain accurate records of received goods and inventory levels using relevant software systems.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Blue Yonder, Microsoft Office Suite, and SAP.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions.
• Previous experience in a receiving or warehouse environment is preferred.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $19.20- $22.86 per hour. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
