Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Farm Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various farm operations, including but not limited to, poultry care and equipment maintenance.
Duties
· Perform poultry husbandry tasks such as feeding, watering, and monitoring poultry
· Handle poultry with care and ensure their well-being
· Maintain cleanliness and organization in poultry housing areas
· Participate in garden maintenance activities including planting and weeding
· Repair and maintain farm equipment as needed
· Operate heavy equipment for farming tasks
· Gathering, incubating, and hatching eggs
Requirements
· Experience poultry husbandry and handling preferred
· Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment for poultry
· Basic understanding of equipment repair techniques
· Capability to operate heavy machinery safely
· Basic math skills
· Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
· Must be able to lift up to 45lbs
· Must have valid driver license
· A positive attitude and willingness to learn
