Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring accurate information is provided.
- Process transactions efficiently, including cash handling and data entry.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the office system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall client satisfaction.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while addressing customer concerns
Skills
