Seton Kenton location is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, team player to serve as administrative assistant to the Property Manager. The Administrative Assistant is responsible to the Property Manager for all of the duties and responsibilities listed below and for other duties that the Property Manager may assign during the duration of employment.
Responsibilities:
· Field calls and relay messages to the appropriate personnel.
· Greet visitors and direct them according to their needs.
· Operate electronic mail systems and coordinate the flow of information both internally and with affiliated offices.
· Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail and other materials
· Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.
· Assist other departments with administrative related projects
· Complete other position related tasks as assigned by the Property Manager
Qualifications:
· Bachelors degree obtained or pursuing required.
· Must communicate clearly and efficiently both verbally and in written form.
· Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
· Must be a self-starter with excellent problem solving and people skills.
· Candidates with prior office management or administrative experience preferred.
· Must demonstrate extremely professional manner
· Ability to take direction and prioritize tasks from many without supervision
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
