Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bathroom Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing a variety of installation tasks across different projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings to complete installations accurately.
- Install acrylic wall surrounds, ensuring proper alignment and spacing.
- Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Hang drywall and perform finishing work, preparing surfaces for painting or other treatments.
- Be able to work along side Licensed professionals.
- Communication with the office and customers daily.
- Record all steps of the project via Photos/ Video.
- Complete paperwork and help customers complete paperwork required for the bathroom installation.
- Arrive to work on time and have all necessary tools to complete a full bathroom renovation
Skills
The successful Installer will possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in blueprint/ diagrams reading for accurate project execution.
- Experience in Acrylic wall installations with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
- Knowledge of basic construction skills and tools.
- Expertise in attention to detail and taking the proper steps to complete a quality installation.
- Ability to conduct thorough construction inspections for quality assurance, or have the project inspected by local city inspectors.
- Familiarity with Plumbing procedures for safe installations.
- Proficient in drywall hanging and finishing techniques.
