What You'll Do
- Lead residential and occasional commercial cleaning appointments.
- Ensure every home meets Born to Shine Clean Co.'s quality standards.
- Coach and support Cleaning Technicians throughout the day.
- Assign tasks and help keep jobs running efficiently.
- Perform quality checks before leaving each client's home.
- Train new employees using our company systems and cleaning procedures.
- Communicate with office staff regarding scheduling, client concerns, or job updates.
- Handle client interactions professionally and confidently.
- Maintain company equipment and supplies.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Typically between 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Hours vary based on client demand
- Must be available a minimum of 5 full day work weeks
- Occasional weekend deep cleans available

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
