Brand Operations & Events Assistant (Part-Time | 10–25 Hours/Week)

Born Again Christian Streetwear exists to boldly share the Gospel through apparel, conversation, and community. We’re a growing brand looking for someone who wants to be more than just an employee—we’re looking for an extra set of hands, an extra problem solver, and eventually an extra “me.”

This isn’t a typical retail job. No two weeks are the same. One day you may be organizing inventory, another day you’re traveling to an event, setting up our booth, helping customers, packing online orders, or loading the van.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down pop-up events
• Load and unload merchandise, displays, and equipment
• Fold, tag, bag, and organize apparel
• Count, organize, and manage inventory
• Prepare merchandise for upcoming events
• Pack and fulfill online orders
• Pick up and deliver merchandise from printers or vendors when needed
• Assist customers and process sales at events
• Keep our booth clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Travel to events throughout Southern California (and possibly beyond)
• Help wherever needed to keep the business running smoothly

Schedule

This is a flexible part-time position with hours varying based on our event schedule and business needs.

Expected hours: Approximately 10–25 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours during busy seasons or larger events.

Typical schedule includes:

• Availability primarily Thursday–Sunday
• Most hours worked on weekends
• Occasional weekday evenings for inventory preparation, merchandise pickups, or event setup
• Some events require early mornings and or long days

Because we’re a growing business, schedules may vary from week to week. Flexibility and reliability are highly valued.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Flexible schedule with availability primarily on weekends and occasional evening hours
• Comfortable traveling for events (usually from LA - SD, surrounding menifee cities)
• Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Takes initiative and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed

While not required, we’d especially love someone who:

• Is comfortable representing a faith-based brand
• Enjoys serving and encouraging people
• Is comfortable praying with customers if the opportunity naturally arises
• Has experience with retail, events, inventory, photography, videography, or social media
• Thinks like an owner and enjoys solving problems

This is designed to be a flexible part-time opportunity or side job with room to grow as the brand grows.
