The Role
We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support BOL’s litigation attorneys. The Legal Assistant will play a key role in keeping BOL organized as it manages and grows its client base. As our Legal Assistant, you'll be a key player who keeps our documents organized, court filings on time, and calendars up-to-date. You'll manage e-Filings, draft correspondence, prepare legal forms, and make sure no deadline is ever missed. The perfect person for this role finds satisfaction in creating order and seeing projects through to completion. The ideal candidate can provide polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail both inside our law firm as well as externally with clients, opposing counsel, and court clerks.
You will need to be comfortable with Office 365, Adobe, and basic office IT needs such as setting up printers, phones, and laptops for employees when needed. This position is full-time in office, in El Segundo, CA.
