Boreal Property Management is a full-service estate management company based in Jackson, WY. From landscaping and caretaking to project management and snow removal, we pride ourselves on delivering excellence and creating long-term relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities:
· * Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
· * Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff and management.
· * Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
· * Serve as the primary point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors.
· * Maintain and update office records, filing systems, and agreements.
· * Support office management (HR and Financial manager) cross train as seen fit to reduce stress and create redundancy and flexibility.
· * Manage CRM software, business systems, and documents.
· * Oversee social media, digital marketing campaigns, and Google Business updates.
· * Create and manage online and print marketing materials, including ads and recruitment postings.
· * Help coordinate employee events, parties, and internal communications.
· * Assist HR Manager with basic HR tasks such as recruitment support, time-off tracking, and policy communication.
· * Run occasional errands and perform additional duties as needed.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
· * 3 years of office/administrative experience, with some supervisory or management responsibilities preferred.
· * Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· * QuickBooks Desktop knowledge and experience with budget tracking.
· * Strong understanding of CRM systems, scheduling software, and crew management tools.
· * Experience with Canva or other content creation software.
· * 1 year of social media and digital marketing management experience.
· * Outstanding organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
· * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· * Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
· * Strong leadership ability with a proactive, hands-on approach.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
