Role Overview
We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic TikTok Shop Account Manager who knows the ins and outs of TikTok’s e-commerce ecosystem. You’ll work closely with creators, partners, and internal teams to run shops, improve performance, and build long-term growth strategies for a portfolio of TikTok Shop stores.
This isn’t a "set it and forget it" job — we want proactive problem-solvers who thrive in fast-paced environments, love testing new ideas, and have a genuine passion for helping creators succeed.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- TikTok Shop Operations: Manage storefront setup, order processing, inventory sync, and basic customer service workflows.
- Creator & Brand Collaboration: Support creator onboarding, content planning, and promotion coordination to drive sales.
- Performance Insights: Track metrics (conversion rate, GMV, traffic, etc.), generate weekly performance reports, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Optimization Projects: Work with the operations and marketing teams to A/B test products, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Shop Growth Trajectory: Undergo a structured onboarding and evaluation process; high performers will be considered for leadership tracks or shop ownership roles.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Experience managing or operating a TikTok Shop (mandatory)
- Comfortable using tools like Shopify, CRM platforms, or Google Sheets
- Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs and consumer behavior
- Experience working with creators, influencers, or e-commerce brands
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual in Spanish, , or Mandarin is a plus
- Ability to work remotely, but available during Pacific Time hours
