Role Description
The Social Media Manager role at BorderPay is a full-time remote position responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the company’s social media presence across key platforms. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing social media strategies aligned with marketing and business goals, creating and writing engaging posts, and managing content calendars. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, applying social media optimization (SMO) techniques, and continuously refining campaigns based on analytics and audience insights. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to communicate BorderPay’s value proposition, amplify brand awareness, and support lead generation and customer engagement. This position requires proactive community management, timely communication with followers, and staying current with social media trends in fintech and global payments.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, execute, and improve campaigns across platforms.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate messaging.
Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to design effective social media content plans that support brand and business objectives.
Candidates should possess experience with social media analytics tools and KPIs to track performance, generate insights, and inform decision-making.
