What You’ll Do
- Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, and reconditioning on farm equipment
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and precision ag systems
- Independently identify equipment issues and determine repair solutions
- Support and mentor junior technicians as needed
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Accurately document work orders and service reports
- Utilize advanced diagnostic software, technical manuals, and electronic parts catalogs
- Collaborate with service, parts, and sales teams to support customer satisfaction
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience repairing agricultural, diesel, or heavy equipment
- Strong knowledge of:
- Diesel engines
- Hydraulics
- Electrical systems
- Precision agriculture technology
- Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workflow efficiently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to professionalism, safety, and customer service
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds without assistance
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a shop environment
- Safety-minded with strong attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license with insurable driving status
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
