Borden Pet Crematory and Memorial Service is seeking a compassionate, detail oriented individual to join our team. This role with combine exceptional customer service with supporting families during life's more difficult times. What you'll do:
- Assist families with their selections of products and services available.
- Answer phone calls with empathy and professionalism
- Create personalized keepsakes such as paw prints, fur clippings, and other memorial items
- Maintain accurate records and ensure every pet is handled with the highest standards of respect.
- Intake pets from families allowing them the time and consideration they need.
- Coordinate the return of the pet after cremation
- Assist with the daily operation and cleanliness of the business
- The ability to lift and move pets of varying sizes and weights. Assistance if needed.
Schedule:
This is a full time position from 9am-5pm Monday through Friday. There is a rotating Saturday from 9am-3pm.
There is a rotating On Call schedule for after hour phone calls.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
