We're seeking a part-time Telemarketer to support our commercial insurance team by initiating outbound calls to local business owners and decision-makers. Requirements
Strong phone presence with clear, confident communication
Comfortable speaking with business owners and professionals
Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
Prior telemarketing, inside sales, or appointment-setting experience preferred (insurance a plus, not required)
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to targeted business lists and referral prospects
Introduce our agency and identify commercial insurance needs
Qualify prospects and schedule meetings or calls for producers
Accurately document call outcomes in our CRM/agency management system
Represent the agency professionally and positively on every call
