As a server, it will be your mission at Castell Rooftop Lounge to create exceptional dining experiences for all guests to keep them coming back. You'll help with menu selections, quickly refill beverages, and ensure food arrives on time, consistently delivering interactions that create Castell Rooftop Lounge promoters who return and recommend us to others. You'll also be a part of and contribute to our positive work culture. Weekends and Brunch availability are a must for this position.
What we're looking for:
Evocative of the 1960s, with a bit of a Mad Men vibe, Castell’s beverage menu celebrates the iconic Martini and its various incarnations. Creative cocktails are based on the classic drinks of yore, served up with a twist of trend. A selection of reimagined tapas complements the dynamic list of mixed drinks, beer, wine and non-alcoholic spirits.
