We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Medical Receptionist to join our team. This role involves greeting patients, managing appointments, verifying insurance, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.

• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and efficiency.

• Confirm and update patient demographics and insurance information.

• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments as needed.

• Verify patient insurance coverage and handle related insurance/financial inquiries.

• Manage patient flow to ensure timely and efficient service.

• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.

• Assist patients with their needs and provide information about clinic services.

• Balance daily transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient service.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of medical office practices and medical terminology preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Outgoing and friendly personality with a professional appearance.

• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in front desk or customer service roles.

• Proficiency with computer systems and office software.

• Bilingual skills are a plus.
