Requirements Analyst

Key Role:

Manage the gap between business needs and technical solutions to ensure that project requirements are clearly defined, documented, and communicated across all stakeholders. Drive successful project outcomes by aligning business goals with system capabilities through translation of business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications. Apply advanced consulting skills to build and sustain relationships across multiple directorates. Manage requirement traceability for multiple projects and tasks that require continuous monitoring and coordination for success.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in Office365 Product Suite

• Knowledge of Agile project management and collaboration tools such as Jira or Confluence

• Ability to multitask and pay strict attention to detail

• TS/SCI clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with working in the Special Operations community

• Experience with drafting white papers or position papers at a high level

• Possession of excellent organizational and planning skills

• Possession of excellent interpersonal and consulting skills, including written and verbal communication

• Possession of excellent information-gathering and monitoring skills

• Master’s degree

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
