Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking candidates for the following positions to support the development of the new Army Tactical SIGINT and Electronic Warfare (SIGINT EW) Course (ATSEC). This newly designed course aims to shape the future of SOF by integrating Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) and Electronic Warfare into a unified operator capability tailored to modern combat environments. We are looking to start support as soon as possible, with a period of performance through August 14, 2025, to support Pilot Course 1.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- This role will refine beta POIs, identify and codify all instructional requirements, conduct mission analysis for future development, and assume traditional course developer responsibilities.
- Current TS/SCI security clearance
- Must have requirements analysis/course development experience.
- Must be familiar with CoE proponent roles, mission analysis skills, and the ability to provide initial EW instruction during Pilot 1.
- Must have 7 years of EW experience.
- Must have experience with content/POI development
