Responsibilities
- Committed to the Y's mission, vision, and values.
- Works with supervisor to create and implement procedures and/or programs and/or curriculums.
- Delivers safe, quality programming while adhering to all standards, working with program participants and volunteers.
- Builds effective, authentic relationships with participants and connects them to the Y.
- Ensures ongoing surveillance, compliance with health and safety regulations, including rescue equipment safety, and meeting the standard of care.
Requirements
- High School degree or GED, or working towards completion of high school.
