Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Commits to the Y's mission, vision and values.
- Works with supervisor to create and implement procedures and / or programs and / or curriculums.
- Works with program participants and volunteers to deliver safe, quality programming while adhering to all standards.
- Builds effective, authentic relationships with participants and connects participants to the Y.
