Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming Wagyu beef products and supplies
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through regular audits and cycle counts
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies promptly
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Label, stage, and coordinate shipments to meet delivery schedules
- Ensure packaging meets food safety, quality, and presentation standards
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and temperature-control guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage, packing, and work areas
- Follow company policies and applicable USDA or state regulations
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments as needed
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (scales, pallet jacks, freezers/coolers)
- Support special projects, events, or seasonal volume increases
- Perform other duties as assigned to support team success
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods
- Comfort working in cold or refrigerated environments
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Familiarity with inventory software or order management systems
- Knowledge of food safety or quality control practices
- Warehouse and cold-storage setting
- Hands-on, fast-paced environment
- Schedule may include early mornings, weekends, or seasonal overtime as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in inventory, warehouse, fulfillment, or food handling
