**Position Summary:**
American Berry Company is seeking a driven Night Shift Production Supervisor to oversee production operations and ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality output. This role is responsible for leading the production team, optimizing processes, and maintaining compliance with food safety and company standards while minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Supervise and coordinate night shift production activities to meet daily output and quality goals
* Lead, coach, and develop production staff to ensure strong performance and engagement
* Monitor production processes and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency
* Ensure adherence to food safety, quality, OSHA, and company safety standards
* Collaborate with maintenance to address equipment issues and support timely repairs
* Oversee production startup, changeovers, and shutdown procedures
* Maintain accurate production reports, logs, and documentation
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste
* Communicate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams across shifts
**Qualifications:**
* 2 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment (food manufacturing preferred)
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage teams and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* Understanding of production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations
* Willingness to work night shifts, overtime, and handle production challenges as needed
