What You'll Do
- Welcome every customer with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best Boost Mobile plans, devices, accessories, and services.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
- Process activations, upgrades, account changes, bill payments, and device transfers accurately.
- Educate customers on promotions, financing options, phone protection, and accessory bundles.
- Upsell accessories, insurance, and additional lines to maximize customer value.
- Demonstrate phones and devices while explaining features and benefits.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that encourages repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and fully stocked sales floor.
- Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and store operations.
- Accurately process transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system while following cash handling procedures.
- Stay current on Boost Mobile products, promotions, and wireless technology.
What We're Looking For
- Sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Wireless retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to multitask while providing outstanding customer service.
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.
