We are seeking a Product Designer II, Innovation to lead the design, prototyping, and validation of AI-powered experiences across our digital sales channels. While this is primarily a design role, we expect every member of the innovation team to operate with a strong product mindset—thinking beyond execution to deeply understand customer needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and measurable outcomes. This role is ideal for a designer who naturally approaches problems through both a UX and product strategy lens.

- Lead end-to-end design for AI-powered experiences across digital sales and e-commerce channels to drive user engagement and conversion.
- Translate ambiguous business and customer problems into clear, testable design hypotheses through rapid prototyping and experimentation.
- Define and test assumptions through prototypes, experiments, and rapid validation cycles to protect user trust and ensure experience quality.
- Partner deeply with Product, Engineering, and the AI Office to shape product discovery and align experience decisions with team OKRs.
- Influence strategic roadmap direction by identifying critical user pain points and high-impact design opportunity spaces.
- Leverage modern generative AI tools and user research to optimize design workflows and accelerate the delivery of highly personalized user journeys.
Core Skills and Competencies (What you’ll bring)
- An ability to fluidly navigate between strategic product thinking, experience architecture, and rapid validation.
- Strong skills in systems thinking with a proven track record of connecting design decisions to measurable business KPIs and outcomes.
- Comprehensive AI literacy, including an understanding of LLMs, personalization systems, model limitations, and responsible AI practices.
- Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills to navigate complex requirements across cross-functional teams.
- Critical experience leading 0→1 product discovery and early-stage innovation initiatives in digital environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern generative design tools to maintain high output and design-system alignment.
- Experience launching AI-powered features in production ecommerce environments.
- Exposure to experimentation platforms, A/B testing, or multi-variant testing.
- Background in design systems, platform design, or systems-level UX architecture.
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Minimum Experience: 3 years of experience in product design, UX design, or digital experience design.
- Required Technical Skills:
- Figma suite for design creation, requirements definition, and asset management.
- AI/ML-powered digital features such as personalization, natural language processing, or recommendation engines.
- Modern generative AI productivity tools to accelerate design asset production and accuracy.
