Full Job Description

We are looking for retail sales representatives to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make our customers feel welcome in our stores and stand out. Ultimately you will ensure that our customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the stores profitability by up selling products and promoting sales.

Hourly starts at $18.75 commission. Earn money with every sale!

Qualifications:

– Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Please do not apply if you cannot work weekends.

– Knowledge of electronics/ computers.

What we do:

– Processing bill payments for existing Boost Mobile customers, processing cell phone activation and account changes via online activation portal

– Presenting customers with solutions and service Selling products such as no-contract cell phones, service plans and cell phone accessories

- Basic cash register operations (properly collecting and processing cash and card payments)Having a positive attitude and interacting with potential customers and co-workers in a pleasant manner

- Participate in outside sales events or promotions.

- Deliver outstanding service striving to retain and gain customers

- Work flexible hours weekends and holidays

- Maintain store appearance and help create a positive working environment.

Experience, Skills, Abilities:

- Direct sales

- Excellent communication and customer service skills, Strong work ethic, outgoing personality, and a positive attitude

-Knowledge using computers, navigating websites, Google Docs, google accounts, smartphone functions.

- Excellent verbal, multitasking, and interpersonal skills. Required.
