Duties

• Greet customers warmly and identify their mobile device needs through active listening and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate features of smartphones, tablets, accessories, and related products through engaging product demos.
• Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash register operations and cash handling.
• Upsell complementary products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase store revenue.
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the store remains tidy and inviting through effective merchandising.
• Handle retail store product knowledge confidently to answer customer questions about features, compatibility, and technical specifications.
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone or via digital channels.
• Manage cash drawers accurately during cashiering duties, including retail math calculations for transactions.
• Support inventory management by stocking new products and conducting stock counts as needed.
• Provide bilingual assistance when required to serve a diverse customer base effectively.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in electronics or mobile devices; supervising experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently.
• Basic math skills for handling cash register operations, retail math calculations, and cash drawer balancing.
• Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail sales transactions is essential.
• Experience with merchandising, stock management, and product demos enhances your candidacy.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are vital for creating positive interactions.
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise or lead team members is advantageous but not required.
