Wireless Sales Associate Boost Mobile

Boost Mobile is seeking a driven, reliable, and customer focused Retail Sales Representative to join our team. This role is designed for experienced sales professionals who thrive in a fast paced retail environment and understand how to deliver strong results while providing excellent customer service. You will represent the Boost Mobile brand in store and play a key role in driving device, plan, and accessory sales.

In this position, you will assist customers with new activations, upgrades, number transfers, and basic troubleshooting while clearly explaining Boost Mobile plans, promotions, and device options. You will consistently work toward daily and monthly sales goals for devices, accessories, and add on features, with a strong focus on accessory attachment and value based selling. You will handle cash and card transactions accurately, follow all activation and documentation procedures, maintain inventory awareness, and keep the store clean, organized, and visually presentable at all times.

Please apply only if you have prior retail sales experience, preferably in wireless or mobile phone sales. Candidates without relevant experience will not be considered. Fluency in Spanish is required, as this role regularly serves Spanish speaking customers. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, a sales driven mindset, and the ability to work independently. Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism are essential. You must be comfortable standing for extended periods and working evenings and weekends as scheduled.
