Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their wireless needs and recommend suitable products and plans
- Conduct product demos to highlight features and benefits of various devices and accessories
- Assist customers with POS (Point of Sale) transactions, including cash handling and processing payments accurately
- Upsell additional products, services, or accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with the latest inventory
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when assisting remote or inbound inquiries, ensuring clear communication
- Support store operations by stocking merchandise, managing inventory levels, and organizing product placements
- Demonstrate supervising experience by mentoring new team members and supporting team goals
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Proven retail sales experience, especially in grocery store or electronics environments, is highly valued
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math for transactions
- Customer service excellence with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to perform retail math accurately for sales calculations and inventory management
