Position Overview
We are seeking a Full-Time Creator Manager to join our fast-growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, managing, and scaling creator partnerships to drive TikTok Shop sales and brand visibility.
You'll collaborate closely with our brand, marketing, and product teams to execute creator campaigns, track performance, and optimize ROI through data insights.
You will help build and grow partnership with creators, support videos and livestream sessions that align with brand identity, and analyze performance data to continuously optimize creator content and live strategy.
Responsibilities
· Creator Partnerships: Source, recruit, and manage creators for brand campaigns.
· Campaign Support: Coordinate content deliverables and livestream schedules.
· Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics and provide optimization insights.
· Content Strategy: Assist in creating briefs, campaign concepts, and content ideas.
· Livestream Enablement: Support onboarding, run-of-show planning, and setup.
· Platform Research: Stay updated on TikTok trends, features, and competitor activities.
Qualifications
· Experience:0–3 years of experience in creator management, creator marketing, or e-commerce operations (TikTok Shop experience preferred).
· Analytical & Organized: Strong data interpretation, multi-tasking ability, and attention to detail.
· Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional communication; proactive and professional when working with creators and internal teams.
· Creative Mindset: Trend-savvy with ideas for engaging, brand-aligned content.
· Technical Understanding: Deep knowledge of TikTok content ecosystem and social commerce mechanics.
· Language: Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
· Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, Media, or related fields.
