Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide information according to office policies; perform data entry of personal property tax files for individuals; access data systems to determine valuation of taxable personal property; research and provide information on personal property taxation, ownership, and real estate values to the public; and provide information to banks and lenders.
Status:Full-time, non-exempt, benefited
Working hours:8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday
Qualifications:High school diploma or GED and two years of clerical experience; prefer previous experience with Microsoft Word; ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions; must possess math and computer skills, excellent customer service skills, and be detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Hourly Salary Range:$21.52 - $22.17 per hour
