We take pride in fostering a friendly, welcoming, and vibrant work environment. We are currently seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a full-time Associate Director.
As our Associate Director, you will take on a key leadership role within the organization, guiding essential programs and overseeing teams that support our mission. You will serve as a primary liaison for service provider relations and contracts, lead high‑level administrative projects, support the preparation of monthly Board of Directors materials, and facilitate Board meetings. You will also supervise the Quality Assurance and Support Staff teams, helping ensure excellence across all areas of service.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree from a four-year accredited college or university
- Experience or training with persons with disabilities and supervisory experience required
