What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor attractions, including XD dark ride, laser tag, and arcade games.
- Ensure guest safety by enforcing attraction rules, height requirements, and operational guidelines.
- Proactively engage with guests, provide clear instructions, and create a welcoming environment.
- Identify and stop any unsafe behavior immediately to maintain a secure experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all attractions are in proper working order.
- Assist guests with any attraction-related questions and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Cross-train as a cashier to support team operations when needed.
