What we need from YOU:
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Dining & Events Manager to maintain excellence in the preparation and delivery of all food and beverage offerings
- Provide excellent guest service-every guest, every time
- Maintain a high degree of cleanliness and sanitation within the restaurant, and dining area
- Aid in training, and supervising all dining and event personnel
- Dining personnel includes; restaurant waitstaff, bowling waitstaff, bussers, expedite, and birthday party hosts.
- Work with Dining & Events manager and the Sales Team to coordinate and manage birthday parties, banquets, and all events
- Decorate event spaces for holidays, events, etc.
- Create a fun, positive environment for the team
Qualifications:
- 2 years service experience in restaurant, hospitality, sports/entertainment venue business (Preferred)
- 2 years management experience (Required)
- Catering and event experience preferred (Preferred)
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (Required)
- Food Handlers permit (Required)
- Sips and Tips (Required)

- Ability to teach, communicate, and positively motivate
- Proficiency with Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to work in fast-paced, stressful environment

- Willingness and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lead others to success
Schedule
- Hours of Operation-Changes by season. Open year round
- Needed when we’re busiest, nights, weekends, special events
- 30-35 hours a week
