Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service & Operations Account Manager to oversee client onboarding, troubleshoot account issues, and ensure smooth daily operations between our team, clients, and partner pharmacies. This position is not sales driven - instead, it focuses on customer satisfaction, problem-solving, and workflow management.
The role requires someone who is tech savvy, organized, and experienced with multiple software platforms. You will manage day to day client needs and resolve logistical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support client account onboarding into our systems
- Provide responsive assistance for customer concerns (e.g., shipping delays, order changes, formulary questions)
- Serve as the communication bridge between customers, internal teams, and partner pharmacies
- Monitor and manage workflows across multiple software databases and platforms
- Maintain professional, consistent communication with clients to build long term trust and satisfaction
Qualifications
- Strong background in customer service, operations, or account management
- Proficiency in using and managing multiple software platforms/databases
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities at once
- Effective communicator with excellent problem solving skills
- Leadership experience or prior office management responsibilities a plus
- Tech savvy and comfortable navigating digital platforms, CRMs, and communication tools
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while providing professional support
