The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Freight Account Manager who’s ready to provide customer service and operational support — from quoting, to dispatching and delivery. You’ll be the key point of contact for both shippers and carriers, managing shipments across the U.S. and international markets.
Whether you're a seasoned logistics pro or someone eager to break into the industry, if you’re driven, resilient, and service-minded, this is the role for you. This is a in-office position with paid parking in downtown West Palm Beach.
What You’ll Do
• Negotiate rates with shippers and carriers to provide competitive freight quotes.
• Manage domestic and international shipments, including TL, LTL, and cross-border freight.
• Dispatch and truck loads from pickup through delivery.
• Communicate regularly with drivers, dispatchers, and global partners.
• Proactively resolve any shipment delays or issues with speed and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate, real-time updates in our TMS platform.
• Collaborate with billing and operations to ensure smooth handoffs and follow-through.

• Previous logistics or phone-based sales experience is a plus — but not required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
