Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a CRM Workflow and Automation Intern, located in Santa Ana, CA, with flexibility for remote work. The selected candidate will assist in configuring and optimizing CRM systems to enhance customer relationship management processes. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining CRM workflows, analyzing automation needs, supporting sales and account management teams, and ensuring data accuracy in the CRM system.
