Boomer Benefits is looking for a driven and relationship-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
- Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and consistent follow-up.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Create compelling job postings and manage job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.
- Review applications, conduct candidate screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Support the offer process and collaborate with HR leadership to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve recruiting effectiveness and efficiency.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance recruiting and onboarding practices.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies.
- Assist with additional HR initiatives and special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), online job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities.

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
