The Talent Acquisition & Training Specialist will play a key role in attracting top talent, coordinating the hiring process, and supporting employee development from onboarding through ongoing training. This position partners closely with leaders across the organization to strengthen recruiting efforts and enhance learning initiatives that contribute to long-term employee success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing candidates through onboarding.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications and organizational fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Maintain recruiting data, applicant tracking systems, and hiring metrics.
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including assigning and monitoring training programs.
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation sessions.
- Oversee onboarding activities throughout employees' first 90 days.
- Manage and support the employee mentorship program.
- Create training materials, presentations, and educational content.
- Deliver instructor-led training sessions for new and existing employees.
- Research and implement training programs that support employee growth and organizational objectives.
- 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and training/development.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to evaluate training needs and implement effective employee development programs.
- 90-day contract-to-hire opportunity.
