Our client is a quickly growing national Sushi Franchisor who is looking for a Regional Training Manager in Charlotte. This Manager is responsible for providing training for franchisees utilizing the current training program. They will also conduct store visits to ensure compliance with food safety and operational standards. This is a newly created role with HEAVY growth potential!
Regional Training Manager - Charlotte (Remote w/ heavy travel):
- Must have professional experience preparing sushi
- Prior experience training other sushi chefs is desirable
- Quick Service Restaurant experience is highly desirable
- Will audit franchises and identify/implement opportunities for improvement
- Must have food safety experience
- Must be willing to travel extensively to franchisee locations
- Salary likely $55k-$65k bonus, benefits, PTO
