Our client is a large manufacturer and distributor of food/beverage products. They are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead and coordinate product innovation initiatives from concept to launch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development and commercialization while ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and business objectives.
Project Manager (on-site – Valley Ranch Irving area):
- Must be comfortable on site 5x a week
- Lead end-to-end product development from ideation through launch
- Develop and manage project timelines and deliverables
- Work with internal and external partners to troubleshoot technical challenges in formulation, processing, and packaging.
- Identify, onboard, and manage co-packers to support product development and production needs.
- Act as the central point of contact between R&D, Operations, Quality Assurance and Regulatory teams and external partners to streamline project execution and manage ingredient approvals, labelling compliance and food safety documentation.
- Ensure all new products meet regulatory requirements and company quality standards.
- Salary likely $100k-$120K benefits, PTO
