What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Manager position at Bookman Consulting?
Our client is an international manufacturing and retail company. They are looking to hire an experienced Production Manager who will lead day-to-day operations within the manufacturing division, managing a team of up to 15 across manufacturing, assembly, and quality control. Our client is huge on stability and investing in their people!
Production Manager (On-Site - Los Angeles/Mid-City):
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Shift is 6 AM to 2:30 PM on site
- Must have experience in precision manufacturing and managing production teams
- Must be hands-on at all levels, this is a ‘working manager’ role
- Proficiency with a wide array of machines including tumbling, casting, injection molding, 3D printers, CNC, and more, is highly desired
- Experience troubleshooting machinery is highly desired
- Salary is likely $90k-$110k on the base bonus, benefits and PTO
This position will be a key member of the team day 1, and will be working with engineers, CAD teams and designers to ensure that final production mirrors the prototypes. This is a fun and fast-paced environment with a lot of opportunity to make an immediate impact.
