What You'll Do
- Manage the CEO's daily schedule, appointments, and travel.
- Handle emails, calls, and messages with a polished, professional tone.
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Keep track of tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Coordinate meetings and communicate with internal staff and clients.
- Protect confidential information and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
- Assist with small projects and operational tasks to help the business run efficiently.
- Possibly Chauffeuring CEO to and from offices and meetings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
