Boohoff Law is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our high-performing Seattle litigation team. This is an opportunity to work directly with accomplished trial attorneys on complex, high-value personal injury cases in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
We are looking for a detail-oriented litigation paralegal who thrives in plaintiff personal injury law, understands Washington litigation procedures, and wants to be part of a firm committed to excellence, accountability, and results.
If you have experience managing personal injury litigation files from pre-suit through trial and enjoy working alongside elite attorneys and legal professionals — we want to hear from you.
- Support senior litigation attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury litigation
- Manage plaintiff personal injury case files from filing through resolution or trial
- Draft and respond to discovery, subpoenas, pleadings, correspondence, and litigation documents
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trial preparation
- Maintain litigation calendars, deadlines, and court filings through Washington e-filing portals
- Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, medical providers, and experts
- Organize exhibits, medical records, billing records, and trial materials
- Assist attorneys with case strategy, document management, and trial readiness
- Ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance with Washington court rules and deadlines
- 3 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in plaintiff personal injury law
- Experience handling personal injury litigation cases in Washington State
- Strong understanding of Washington auto insurance laws and bodily injury claims
- Former bodily injury insurance adjuster experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Washington court procedures, litigation timelines, and e-filing systems
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Trial preparation experience preferred
