About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized Legal Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Case Managers, providing vital support to help keep cases moving smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Request and manage medical and legal records.
- Gather important case details directly from clients.
- Verify insurance policy coverage and details.
- Prepare, send, and receive legal documents and contracts.
- Review insurance and medical documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Support Case Managers with a variety of case-related tasks.

- Strong customer service and communication skills — you’ll often be the first voice our clients hear.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a teamwork-first mindset.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Bilingual abilities are required.
