Job Summary
The Clerk II is a position in the classified bargaining unit. Under direction of the Principal or designee, the Clerk II provides a wide variety of routine clerical work. The incumbent may be highly visible to staff, students and parents according to the assignment. Support the assigned supervisor/administrator by providing general clerical support, information and/or direction and responding to inquiries from parents, students and staff.
Requirements / Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE OF: Correct English usage, vocabulary, business correspondence and filing Modern office practices, procedures and techniques Methods and practices of recordkeeping Effective and efficient communication techniques, strategies and procedures EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Two years general office experience School office experience desirable
