We are seeking experienced, people-focused leaders to support the growth and launch of a technology, social-networking, and local-commerce platform initially focused on college communities and local businesses.

This opportunity is ideal for leaders who enjoy developing people, building strong teams, communicating effectively, and helping others succeed.

This is not a traditional salaried employment position. Participants operate as independent contractors within a performance-based leadership organization.

You will:

• Lead and develop a small remote team.
• Participate in brief Daily Leadership meetings.
• Interview and evaluate potential leadership candidates.
• Coach and support developing leaders.
• Build a culture of trust, accountability, and communication.
• Identify and help remove barriers affecting team success.
• Support organizational growth as the technology platform launches and expands.

We are particularly interested in people who demonstrate:

• Comfort working independently and remotely.

Formal management titles are not required. Leadership experience can come from business, technology, education, healthcare, government, military service, nonprofit/community organizations, entrepreneurship, or other professional environments.

This is an independent-contractor, performance-based opportunity and does not provide a guaranteed salary or hourly wage.

Specific compensation details, requirements, and the business model will be explained during the interview and onboarding process so candidates can determine whether the opportunity is appropriate for them.

The leadership model is designed around short, structured daily leadership activities, with additional time required for interviews, training, and other responsibilities as applicable.
