We are in search of a dynamic and experienced HR Generlist to complete the HR professional team. The candidate will enjoy providing support to our employees, assist with benefits, payroll and onboarding. Additional duties listed below:
- Assist in the recruitment process, assists with benefit inquiries
- Conduct new hire orientations, ensure all necessary paperwork is completed, and assist in onboarding new employees.
- Maintain employee files and ensure confidentiality of all HR related information.
- Assists with employee training sessions on various topics, and workplace safety.
- Develops opportunities to enhance and promote employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
- Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on benefits and training.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong interpersonal skills a must.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and HRIS systems.
This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits package. DFWP
